    Housing / Landlord & Tenant (Commercial / Residential)
    After completing her Bar Vocational Course, Antonietta worked in a city of London firm providing her with significant experience in all housing disputes dealing with claims against the likes of London Boroughs: Tower Hamlets, Lambeth and Hackney & Islington. Antonietta has seen her cases through to the county court, county court appeals and judicial reviews applications for permission and hearings in the Administrative Court. Antonietta deals with all housing matters including homelessness, disrepair, nuisance and anti-social behaviour and unlawful eviction.

    Antonietta's experience also includes commercial matters, such as dilapidations and business lease renewal disputes; after gaining substantial experience at a prominent central London law firm prior to joining Chambers.

    Antonietta has a particular interest in the law of landlord and tenant continues to extend and develop her practice from advisory level to advocacy.

    Personal Injury
    Antonietta has wide experience in personal injury claims, acting for both claimants and defendants in all tracks. Antonietta undertakes advice work and advocacy including infant settlements. Antonietta also accepts instructions under Conditional Fee Arrangements.

    Commercial / Chancery & Insolvency
    Prior to becoming a barrister, Antonietta worked in the lucrative world of offshore fund management in prestigious Mayfair, London , before transferring her analytical skills into the world of forensic science and law. Antonietta continues her interest in financial and contractual claims, gaining substantial experience in matters such as company and personal insolvency; permanent health insurance, consumer credit disputes and has a particular interest in credit hire disputes.

    Crime
    Antonietta has substantial experience in criminal advocacy, both in the Magistrates' Courts and the Crown Courts. Antonietta also accepts instructions for probation work and private prosecutions.
