We wish our services to be accessible without difficulty to disabled clients. Due to the age and nature of our premises, wheelchair access may be difficult. Please notify us in advance so that appropriate arrangements can be made.
Unless otherwise agreed in advance, our fee notes are to be paid promptly, and in all cases within 28 days.
College Chambers and all of our members are registered under the Data Protection Act 1998. All confidential information should be sent via the clerks.
College Chambers, its staff and members operate an equal opportunities non-discrimination policy in the acceptance of briefs and instructions from clients and in the provision of our services in the selection, recruitment and treatment of staff, pupils and tenants.
College Chambers is subject to the complaints procedures of the Bar Standards Board and the Legal Services Ombudsman. Details are available on request. We have our own internal complaints procedure and are usually able to resolve difficulties by this means.
We particularly encourage any feedback, either complimentary or critical, about the way in which we as a Chambers, or a particular barrister, provide services. It is Chambers' policy to deal with problems and complaints promptly. If a significant problem occurs and there is a complaint about any aspect of the service that is provided, please contact the Senior Clerk immediately.
