Before being called to the Bar, David had extensive experience in the area of child protection and has built on this in practice. David accepts instructions in all private and public family law matters and has undertaken a range of hearings in the Family Proceedings Court, the County Court and the High Court. He frequently appears in interim and final hearings involving care and supervision orders, Section 8 orders, injunctions and matters of jurisdiction.
Personal Injury
David is developing a personal injury practice. He represents claimants and defendants in all aspects of personal injury litigation. David frequently drafts a wide range of pleadings and is able to advise in writing or in conference. David accepts instructions on a Conditional Fee basis.
Criminal Law
David has extensive experience of representing defendants, the Prosecution and appellants before the Crown Court and Magistrates Court (including the Youth Court). David has a particular interest in representing prisoners at Parole oral hearings and prison law generally.
