We accept instructions from individuals and bodies involved in an Education Law dispute and can provide advice and representation in any aspect of this area. We provide representation before internal hearings, such as before exclusion panels and the board of governors, in addition to court and tribunal hearings. We have experience at dealing with employment and discrimination issues and we are able to advice in matters where these issues arise whether individually or as part of an Education Law dispute.
