Gary has a proven track record of success across the whole range of employment related disputes. He makes regular appearances in Employment Tribunals around the UK acting for substantial organisations in both the public and private sector as well as for individual Claimants. He has extensive experience in employment disputes within the police. Gary has a great deal of litigation experience in complex discrimination issues. As an Employment Judge of some ten years Gary is able to bring a wealth of experience to any dispute.
In addition Gary has often dealt with restraint of trade cases in the County and High Court as well as other employment related commercial disputes. He has also appeared before the appropriate appellate courts.
Gary has almost twenty years experience of the Family Courts. He has appeared in countless ancillary relief hearings as well as both private and public law children matters. He is always willing to give pragmatic, down to earth advice to enable clients to know exactly what their options are.
