Grant advises on a wide variety of commercial disputes, from Sale of Goods Act matters to building litigation. He has a large amount of experience in personal insolvency, and is fully able to advise on all aspects of insolvency law, both personal and commercial.
Regularly Grant advises on personal injury matters, from simple tripping and slipping type cases to multiple injury and on-going care needs cases. As a result he also has experience of clinical negligence litigation having appeared in the Coroner's Court.
Having gained experience acting for large mortgage companies prior to joining College Chambers, he has a wealth of experience. His practice has grown to cover all ambits of social and private residential landlord & tenant, including anti social behaviour applications and disrepair.
Grant's family law practice includes public and private Children Act matters, as well as matrimonial finance, he also undertakes injunction and committal proceedings. He regularly appears in the County and the Family Proceedings Court.
Grant has experience in all areas of matrimonial finance, and is fully able to advise from before the FDA through to the final hearing. He also accepts instructions in applications for MPS, variation of maintenance and enforcement of orders.
