Joanne has a wide range of experience of private law proceedings covering all applications. She has acted for parents, grandparents, and rule 9.5 Guardians.
Joanne also has substantial experience in acting in care proceedings, together with adoption proceedings and Special Guardianship applications. She has acted for particularly vulnerable clients and those with learning difficulties.
