College Chambers has a well-established Family Law practice with the majority of members of Chambers undertaking Private Law children cases. Our barristers have a range of expertise and invaluable experience at every level of call that enables us to provide sympathetic, practical and responsive advice.
We undertake a wide variety of work in all courts from the Family Proceedings Court to the Court of Appeal and beyond. Our barristers regularly undertake family law matters including multiple applications for example combining private law children, ancillary relief and injunctions.

- Representation of clients involving the Official Solicitor

We will accept instructions in cases involving an international component including child abduction under the Hague Convention and applications for leave to remove the child from the jurisdiction. Members of Chambers have experience at dealing with cases involving jurisdictional issues including disputes as to forum conviens.
Our barristers will assist you in any paperwork that you may require. We are able to advise as to potential negligence claims and actions arising from family matters, as well as offering a second consideration by way of written advice or conference. Members of Chambers also advise on issues relating to human rights in all aspects of family law and are more than happy to advise where this is a potential issue.
