Sally frequently appears in Employment Tribunals throughout the country, conducting a range of preliminary and final hearings in all areas of employment law including discrimination, wrongful and unfair dismissal, redundancy and TUPE. Prior to joining Chambers, Sally worked in B&Qs legal team specialising in employment law. During the two years in post she was responsible for drafting pleadings, providing advice prior to, and during, litigation, and conducting a wide range of tribunal hearings. Sally regularly undertakes multi-day hearings and is always happy to advise, in writing or orally, as required. Sally is willing to consider instructions on a CFA basis.
Sally frequently appears in the Youth, Magistrates and Crown Court and is instructed to defend as well
as prosecute. She has experience of successfully conducting trials relating to a wide range of offences
from multiple charges of dishonesty and violence to road traffic offences.
Sally accepts instructions in private and public family law and has experience of hearings relating to care,
contact and injunction proceedings.
Sally has undertaken a variety of civil applications across all three tracks and is happy to accept instructions
on personal injury matters, landlord and tenant and contractual disputes. Sally is happy to provide written
advice and pleadings and will consider instructions on a CFA basis.
