Stephen accepts all instructions relating to children. He has vast
experience representing children, parents and grandparents and is
regularly involved in disputes relating to contact and residence. He
also deals with children matters in relation to removal from the
jurisdiction, child abduction and international relocation (both
temporary and permanent).
Stephen also undertakes all aspects of public law work. He has
experience of being instructed by parents, grandparents and
guardians. He has extensive experience and often appears in cases
involving complex issues of medical evidence and sexual, physical and
emotional abuse injury.
In addition Stephen regularly receives instructions and has
considerable experience in matters relating to personal protection,
harassment and domestic violence and all other application under the
Family Law Act.
Stephen has expertise of dealing with the issues involving unmarried
family breakdowns. He is often involved in dealing with proceedings
under the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996(TLATA)
and Schedule 1 of the Children Act 1989.
