Daniel practises all aspects of family law, including child care and adoption (for parents, local authorities and children), private law children matters, injunctions, ancillary relief and TLATA applications.
He also undertakes personal injury (in particular, industrial deafness) and civil work and will accept instructions on a conditional fee basis.
Spare-time interests include playing musical instruments and surfing.
