Stuart practises principally in family law and also accepts cases in civil matters. He has developed into a strong advocate, with considerable experience in dealing with matrimonial disputes, focusing on ancillary relief (including matters involving companies and 'concealed asset' type cases), as well as contested divorce matters, where findings of fact are sought. He also undertakes work in relation to enforcement and variation of ancillary relief orders. His areas of particular interest include cohabitation disputes (including matters under the Civil Partnership Act); he also continues to develop his general commercial litigation work. |
