David practises general common law. Before his call, he applied his scientific background for six years, while employed by Lion Laboratories Limited (Intoxilyser manufacturer) and, more recently, in the personal injury claims department at Eversheds LLP, Cardiff.
In addition to instruction by both defence and prosecution in all areas of crime, his practice is rapidly developing into areas of family law (Children Act matters, private and public, injunctive and committal proceedings), personal injury and civil litigation (all tracks). David has also appeared in the Southampton coroner's court.
David is married, with three children, and lives locally.
