Zoe has a particular specialisation in the field of family law. Her practice includes both private and public law children cases, ancillary relief, injunctions and committal proceedings. Zoe's practice extends from the High Court through to Family Proceedings Court.
Zoe also accepts instruction to appear before the Employment Tribunal. She covers all areas of employment law, including unfair dismissal, TUPE and discrimination matters.
Zoe has a common law practice (all tracks), with particular emphasis on personal injury and contract cases. She has appeared before the Criminal Injuries Compensation Appeal Tribunal and will accept instructions to represent clients before the Mental Health Review Tribunal.
She has a particular capacity to work with clients who are especially demanding and cases of a sensitive nature.
