Sarah practises general common law, with particular emphasis on contract, personal injury and employment cases. She is also developing her practice in family (Children Act matters, both public and private). Sarah accepts instructions for both defence and prosecution, in all areas of crime, and undertakes work both in the county court and family proceedings court.
Before being called to the bar, Sarah applied her international background, while employed by Carnival UK in the litigation department. Sarah undertook all aspects of holiday law, with particular emphasis on contractual disputes, package holiday regulations and ABTA arbitrations.
