    Ancillary Relief / Public Law
    Carol undertakes family law cases and concentrates on ancillary relief and Children Act 1989 Schedule 1 applications. She also deals with Children Act public law cases acting for local authorities, parents and guardians. Carol regularly advises and represents parties involved in trusts of land and cohabitation disputes.

    Civil: Personal Injury/Property/
    Landlord & Tenant

    Carol also has a civil law practice; in particular she deals with personal injury cases, property disputes, landlord and tenant, consumer and contractual disputes.

    Chancery/Wills Probate/Inheritance & Court of Protection
    Carol has a wills and probate practice and in particular deals with cases under the Inheritance (Provision for Family & Dependants) Act 1975. Carol also represents parties at Court of Protection including local authorities and families. She can advise on matters involving the Mental Capacity Act 2005, lasting powers of attorney and deputy applications and orders.

    Mediation
    Having been trained as an accredited mediator by ADR Group, Carol is registered with the Bar Council as a mediator. She is qualified to mediate both civil and commercial matters, including privately paying matrimonial and cohabitation disputes.
