College Chambers' charity ball 2007

College Chambers has, for the past two years, held a charity ball in Southampton, raising over £15,000 for the nominated charities on each occasion.
As we are primarily a family set, we always choose a children's charity which, this year, is NCH (www.nch.org.uk). The other charity is Leukaemia Busters (www.leukaemiabusters.org.uk).
The ball is open to all - it is widely supported by the local solicitors, barristers and judiciary. However, all are actively encouraged to bring friends, family and business associates.
Tickets are priced at £500 per table of ten, £110 per pair or £60 each. No profit is made from ticket sales - we make all our money on the night through the auction, raffle, silent auction and other events. Ticket price includes a three-course meal, some wine on the table, live band, DJ and a casino.
If you are unable to attend (or even if you are attending), you may want to assist by donating a raffle prize or an auction lot. All donations are greatly appreciated, as this is the crux of how we raise so much for the charities!
