 College Chambers welcomes Joanne Ballingall (1999) formerly from Kings Bench Chambers. Joanne is a family law barrister, specialising in child law in both private and public law cases, acting for local authorities, as well as parents and other family members. Joanne has experience in the High Court, County Court and Family Proceedings Court. Having been a family solicitor before she was called to the Bar, Joanne is very experienced in representing clients with psychiatric and psychological problems and those with learning difficulties.
