What they say

Daniel has been a fantastic support in terms of dealing with difficult and new issues over the past few years. Against the odds, he has recently assisted in achieving strike out in respect of large parts of a difficult claim (involving age, race, disability discrimination and unfair dismissal). The remaining allegations are subject to deposit orders which is a fantastic result and I am hopeful that the Claimant will now withdraw her surviving claim. Daniel’s written and oral skills are excellent and he is always helpful and responds to queries. - Robert Freeman, Solicitor, East Sussex County Council

I really felt that I couldn't have been in better hands. - a happy client

once again, thorough and professional representation - Will Bartley, Dispute Resolution Executive, Frettens LLP

It has only just sunk in this morning that we were successful in yesterday's court case...unusually I have been punching the air with my fist and shouting out to the effect that I got 'im. What a result...I simply cannot understand how you managed to get a very thorough grip and then bring all the facts to bear with such clarity. - a happy client
