Daniel was invited to join College Chambers in April 2012 following successful completion of his pupillage. Since that time Daniel has developed experience across all chambers’ specialisms however his practice now focuses upon civil litigation and employment. Daniel undertakes advisory work, both in writing and in person. His friendly and professional manner makes him popular with both corporate and individual clients and he is known for delivering detailed and pragmatic advice in a client focused, digestible manner. Daniel also regularly appears in a range of courts and tribunals and is highly regarded for adopting an analytical and persuasive approach to litigation. Daniel appreciates the benefit of alternative dispute resolution, whether via mediation or more traditional round-table meetings. Daniel accepts instructions both on a conditional fee (no win, no fee) and on a public access basis and is able to provide advice by way of early neutral evaluation to assist in the early and cost effective resolution of disputes.
