Daniel undertakes all aspects of Children Act work. He appears regularly for parents and for the local authority in public law matters and has extensive experience of non-accidental injury cases including baby-shaking. In private law, he appears in contact and residence disputes along with the less common applications such as leave to remove from the jurisdiction and declaration of paternity.
He undertakes ancillary relief, trusts of land and cohabitation disputes.
Daniel accepts instructions in general civil cases and in particular personal injury.
He qualified as a mediator in 2008 and is pleased to undertake civil mediation disputes.
