The Property Team within College Chambers is made up of a number of dynamic individuals each of whom have a vast array of experience in all areas of property law, including boundary disputes, easements and restrictive covenants, landlord and tenant (both commercial and residential), planning, housing and more.
The property team appears before all levels of tribunal from the County Court to the Court of Appeal. The Property Team also has strong presence in arbitrations.
