Anthony specialises in family law only. He has substantial experience in child law, both private and public law applications, ancillary relief and cohabitee disputes, relating to the ownership of land and property, including applications under the Inheritance Act. In particular, he has wide experience in child abuse cases, including factitious illness, sexual and physical abuse cases and non-accidental head injury work (shaken baby).
In 2003 and 2004, he represented clients at final hearings in the High Court, each lasting one month. Early in 2006, he represented a local authority at a ten-day finding-of-fact hearing in the High Court, at which all other parties were represented by Leading Counsel.
Anthony lives in Dorset with his wife and their four children.
