Carol's practice involves family law, including matrimonial finance and Children Act matters, both public and private. In addition, Carol deals with cohabitant disputes, including cases involving trusts of land. She also practises general civil law, specifically personal injury, property disputes, sale and supply of goods, trusts and inheritance matters and is also able to deal with 'public access' cases.
Mediation
Carol is an ADR Group accredited mediator and registered with the Bar Council. She is qualified to mediate in both civil and commercial matters.
