Justine engages well with a wide range of lay clients, being sensitive to their particular needs, whether they are individuals suffering from mental health difficulties, those recovering from domestic violence or representatives from large or small corporate bodies.
Her family practice covers both public and private Children Act matters and injunction and committal proceedings as well as ancillary relief and cohabitee disputes.
Justine has a general common law practice, including residential landlord and tenant and contractual disputes, with a particular emphasis on personal injury.
She also practices in the Magistrates and Crown Court in all areas of crime.
In her spare time Justine is a keen sailor and enjoys hiking with her dogs.
