Robin is principally a family law practitioner, with interest in cases involving land and property-planning. He also has extensive experience in landlord & tenant cases, particularly business tenancies. He has recently conducted (as inspector) a village green inquiry for the Isle of Wight Council and acted for Eastleigh Borough Council in a sheltered housing planning appeal. He has a wealth of knowledge and expertise in particularly difficult family cases, accepting instructions in both public and private Children Act matters. Robin's main interests include finance and ancillary relief disputes, as well as cohabitee and civil partnership cases. Additionally, his practice includes instructions in Inheritance Act applications and general common law work.
