Criminal Law
Jason frequently appears in the Youth and Magistrates Court and is instructed by both defence and prosecution. He has experience of successfully conducting trials relating to a wide range of offences including traffic, public disorder, dishonesty, violence and sexual offences.
Family Law - Private and Public Law Children
Jason accepts instructions in both private and public family law and has experience of a wide range of hearings relating to care, residence, contact and injunction proceedings and has appeared in the Family Proceedings Court, County Court and Principle Registry. Jason receives instructions from Local Authorities, Parents and Guardians.
Civil, Landlord and Tenant & Contract
Jason accepts instructions on a variety of civil matters including landlord and tenant, bankruptcy and contractual disputes. Jason is happy to provide written advice and pleadings and will consider instructions on a CFA basis.
Personal Injury
Jason advises on personal injury matters, from simple tripping and slipping type cases through to more complex clinical negligence matters. Jason is happy to provide written advice and pleadings and will consider instructions on a CFA basis.
Ancillary Relief
Jason is happy to take instructions in all areas of matrimonial finance, and is able to advise from first appointment through to the final hearing. He is also happy to accept instructions in applications for MPS, variation of maintenance and enforcement of orders.
