Mediation
College Chambers provides a mediation service for most civil disputes, including family financial matters.
Derek Marshall is a fully accredited mediator, having qualified through the well-known Regents College School of Psychotherapy and Counselling, and is officially registered with the Bar Council as a mediator.
Carol Davies is an ADR Group accredited mediator and registered with the Bar Council. She is qualified to mediate in both civil and commercial matters.
College Chambers can provide meeting rooms and all other facilities required for a successful mediation; alternatively, we will come to your office or other preferred venue. A copy of our mediation agreement is available from our clerking team, members of which will be pleased to discuss your individual requirements.
