    Ancillary Relief

    Simon is a matrimonial finance specialist with three decades of experience at his finger tips. His practise covers the spectrum of matrimonial finance from low value debt cases through to complex high value cases. Simon is regularly instructed in large asset cases, his academic background and experience of commercial work makes him ideally suited for dealing with those unusually complex issues which involve businesses, farms, trusts, foreign interests/assets and insolvency .

    Cohabitation & TOLATA

    Simon will also accept instructions in the areas of TOLATA and cohabitation disputes. He has vast experience of dealing with the many different applications that can be made surrounding these complex areas of law. His expertise in this field range from property disputes & undue influence claims, Schedule 1 Children Act 1989 applications & occupation order applications through to the more intricate applications for financial relief after a foreign divorce and Inheritance Act claims.

    Mediation:

    Simon is a Family law mediator, having qualified through the FMA he is also registered with the Bar Council as a Mediator. His expertise in mediation, much like his practice focuses on ancillary relief & cohabitation disputes.
