J-P has over 30 years experience working in Barristers Chambers, covering many areas of law to include Family, Commercial, Chancery, Employment, and International Trade. He has extensive knowledge and significant experience of Chambers Management, Individual Practice Management, Marketing, Client care and Business development.
J-P was previously the Practice Director at Fourteen Chambers, Senior Clerk and Director of Clerking at Stone Chambers (now the 36 Group) and Practice Manager at 1 Hare Court. J-P was instrumental in successfully developing and launching Stone Chambers in Singapore which included numerous trips to the region. J-P was the first Barristers Clerk to be accredited with the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management through the Institute of Leadership and Management.
