Pippa joined Chambers as a tenant in October 2025 following successful completion of her pupillage. She undertakes work in all of Chambers’ practice areas but gained particular experience in public and private children law, Family Law Act applications and the Court of Protection following her time with her supervisors, Anthony Hand, Jonathan Rees and Molly Mifsud.
Prior to pupillage, Pippa was an Independent Mental Capacity Advocate and a Relevant Person’s Representative which provides her with further valuable insight into Court of Protection matters. She also worked as a County Court Advocate undertaking almost 300 hearings in civil cases including small claims trials and possession claims.
Pippa has always placed importance in pro bono work. She volunteered with Support Through Court throughout her undergraduate studies at the University of Exeter and received the Law School’s award for ‘Outstanding Contribution.’ During pupillage, she attained Advocate’s ‘Pupil Pledge’ for drafting an advice and representing a mother at an interim hearing in private children proceedings, which, on the day, was used as a final hearing. Pippa has also represented a client through Not Beyond Redemption.
In her spare time, Pippa enjoys country walks, travelling and cooking for her friends and family.
